VATICAN CITY, ROME - THE “BABYLON THE GREAT” OF REVELATION 17
CLUE (8) - And the woman which thou sawest is the great city which hath kingdom over the kings of the earth. (Revelation 17: 18, DRCB)
This verse of Holy Scripture PROVES without a doubt that the “Great Harlot” being referred to in Revelation 17 is a “GREAT CITY”, and not a PERSON.
Neither is the “Great Harlot” the ancient Babylon of Iraq, because that Babylon ‘no longer existed’ at the time of Apostle John’s writing of the Book of Revelation. And Apostle John clearly states that this “GREAT CITY” was still ruling over the earth at the time he was living.
